Preparing for ISO14001:2015

This course will give delegates an overall awareness of the changes to the ISO14001 standard to allow them and their organisation to start planning the transition of the EMS to meet the requirements of ISO14001:2015 in a timely and effective manner.

    • Re-evaluate the business case for ISO14001 and use this to gain leadership and commitment from your top management
    • Understand the role of top management in the EMS
    • Understand the need for and the importance of a long term vision for your organisation
    • Identify how to integrate your EMS with your business processes
    • Understand how the context of your organisation and the needs of  interested parties can affects the scope of the EMS
    • Consider the importance of life cycle perspective and the value chain to your organisation’s EMS
