Iain is a Fellow of the Charted Institute of Legal Executives who specialises in employment law. Prior to joining Make UK, Iain has worked as an employment lawyer both in house and in private practice.

Gafyn was called to the bar in 2001, but is now practising as a solicitor specialising in employment law. Gafyn has experience in advising employers on all aspects of employment law as well as experience of employment tribunal and county court advocacy. His particular legal interests are TUPE, redundancy dismissals and disciplinary investigations. Outside of Make UK, Gafyn has experience of working as in-house counsel dealing with commercial and construction law matters in addition to his employment practice.
