Amar Tembe

Amar is responsible for managing Make UK’s HR & Legal team in the North of England, covering the North West/North East and Yorkshire & Humber areas. Amar trained as a Barrister and has a Master’s Degree in Employment Law and Employee Relations and a post graduate Diploma in Environmental Law. He has previously worked in both the public and private sector dealing with personnel, planning, environmental and criminal law matters and was an Editor to Butterworths Road Traffic Service for in excess of 12 years . He has over 30 years’ experience in dealing with contentious & non-contentious employment law issues. Amar is accredited in workplace mediation. He chairs the Y&H Employment Tribunal User Group.

Jonathan Young

Jonathan has worked in HR for 28 years. He has a Post-Graduate Diploma in HR, is MCIPD qualified and studying for a Masters Degree in Employment Law. He provides advice on employment law matters as well as working as part of the consultancy team delivering training and working on projects.

Roger acquired higher courts rights of audience and qualified as a civil and commercial mediator in 2004, before joining Make UK in 2011.
