Tom joined Make UK as an Employee Relations Executive in 1991 and has been a member of the HR & Legal team since 1993. Tom is an employment law and employee relations specialist, managing complex Employment Tribunal cases, advising on contentious employment relations issues and successfully defending a number of claims for Statutory Trade Union Recognition. He is one of our staff representatives and was a Member Nominated Director of the Pension Fund Trustee Company from 2004-2017. |

Adam is an experienced Employment Law practitioner, specialising in complex Employment Tribunal litigation and advocacy. Prior to joining Make UK, Adam was an Associate on the complex case team within a law firm and assisted in the training of junior lawyers. Adam lectures on the postgraduate professional law courses at the University of the West of England in Bristol. Outside the field of law, Adam also has experience in critical national infrastructure safety and security, having worked in nuclear, gas and government facilities. |

Bhupinder qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and has specialised solely in employment law since qualifying. James qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and has worked in employment law since qualifying. Prior to joining Make UK, James worked as a Senior Associate in private practice for 2.5 years, representing Claimants and Respondents in Employment Tribunal matters. Before that, James worked in a large trade union for 10 years dealing with a wide range of Employment Tribunal claims including discrimination and whistleblowing. James also delivers employment law and HR training to employers and their staff. |
