HR Connect - Managing Conflict Through Mediation
This free networking event will provide an opportunity to understand how mediation can be used in the workplace to resolve conflict.

The workplace is an environment which depends implicitly on a co-operative approach at all times from employees. But what happens when that approach is jeopardised by a serious breakdown in relationship between employer and employee?
Formal processes such as grievance or disciplinary procedures may not provide the answer where the issues are deep seated. Mediation however may be the solution.
This networking event, which will comprise a short presentation followed by discussion, will be led by Make UK’s Mediation Lead Penny Cole. Delegates will be provided with an understanding of the mediation process and its potential benefits.

Most of our events will start at 10:00am, finishing at 11:30am, with registration at 9:45am, apart from our event running in Reading which will start at 8am and finish at 9.30am with registration at 7.45am.
