As a venue you work in partnership with your clients to ensure your offering is right and your service is second to none. For our venues, Engineers’ House, Woodland Grange and Broadway House, the client sits at the very heart of our plans; this makes it even more exciting to share with them the launch of our new brand, Make Venues.

This new brand represents the culmination of many years of hard work across our business. Our five-year plan, which we set out back in 2014, asked a lot but we’ve risen to the challenge and exceeded all expectations. 

Under our strong leadership team, we’ve achieved our ambitious target of 45% growth in that time and broken the £7 million turnover milestone. Such a strong performance has helped establish us as a competitive but stable C&E brand that our clients can depend on and we’re extremely proud of how far the business has come.

Make Venues represents so much more than just a new name or logo. We have huge scope for growth and development, and our new brand signifies the chance to build on a proven history of outstanding performance while also exploring new opportunities.

In 2018, we introduced our Engine Room capital expenditure fund which, during the next two to three years, will continue to finance a series of renovations, improvements and extensions across the group’s three venues. This initiative is indicative of our customer promise to continue investing in our business in order to drive our ambitious growth and development plans.

Essentially the new Make Venues brand marks more exciting and equally ambitious times ahead. We’re confident that we have a great product, and we now feel we have a brand that truly reflects that. Our people and the service they provide to our customers are what helps us to stand apart from our competitors and we feel the Make Venues brand effortlessly combines our first-class products and services and contemporises our offering.
