Business Continuity & Emergency Planning Course

This interactive workshop will help you put in place a plan that will keep your business running should a major incident occur. Fire, natural disasters, flood, power outages would all put an end to ‘business as usual’, this course will help you make sure it doesn’t put an end to your business.

The interactive workshop is separated in to two parts. In the morning session Business Continuity is defined & explored. This includes a detailed look at standards and management systems BS2599 and BS ISO 22301 and a discussion around case studies showing the impacts not having a plan can have on a business.

In the afternoon session you will take part in a fully immersive table top exercise around a be-spoke disaster specifically designed to suit the participants.
