Instructional techniques for workplace trainers

Delegates will learn how to recognise situations in the workplace where learning is required, analyse tasks in order to plan effective training, and review and set clear standards of performance. They will also gain the skills and confidence to design and carry out short pieces of on-the-job training and write appropriate notes to support their training.

Newly appointed workplace trainers, or anyone who delivers one-to-one or on-the-job training would benefit from this practical two-day course. Group numbers are kept low to ensure better coaching that is tailored to the participants' needs, together with individual feedback.
