Project Management for Non-Project Managers (Day 2)

This course introduces the practice of project management to non-project managers.

In this course delegates will learn about the principles of project management and will learn how to apply project management to their current projects that they are working on.

Delegates will receive as part of this 2-day course, a project management handbook plus a project management toolkit with templates and guides included.

Course Content

This day long session will introduce you project management as a non project manager and will include activity and information based learning as part of the course

Delegates will learn about the following fundamentals:

  • Project controls
  • Voice of the customer
  • Managing risks and issues and RACI
  • Stakeholder mapping and communications
  • End to end project management activity testing all the knowledge learnt over the 2 day course

By completing this course, delegates will be able to:

Manage projects effectively by managing risks, stakeholder relationships and communications within the project using key project controls.
