Essential People Management Skills - Virtual classroom

Our virtual classroom training provides an online environment for our training programmes to be delivered at your home or office. You get the same access to our experienced consultants and learn from your peers in an interactive environment that replicates a physical classroom.

This virtual classroom course provides managers with knowledge and skill in essential key HR areas from, the beginning of the employment relationship (i.e. Recruitment) to ending that relationship when it is necessary to do so (by reason of misconduct, poor performance or due to absence). It will empower managers and team leaders to confidently handle HR issues themselves but also recognise when they should be escalated within the business.
