Managing Redundancy, a practical guide - Virtual classroom

  • How to adopt a positive organisational approach to culture change
  • How to identify and measure a culture
  • Understand the different behaviour measurement methods you can use to measure culture change
  • Why culture management is an important part of change management
  •  The principles of positive culture change in a business
     

Pre-requisites

This course is suitable for All levels – Leaders, Senior Management Team, HR and People Managers/Supervisors etc
