  • Employee rights in redundancy situations

  • What is the redundancy process, a practical overview
  • How to put employees at risk, and what approach to take
  • How to effectively conduct individual consultation meetings
  • How to define selection criteria, pools and selection scoring
  • Giving the correct notice to employees
  • Keeping the right information, records and minutes of meetings
  • Ensuring the dismissal is fair
