Managing Underperformance - Virtual classroom

It will provide guidance on why managing performance is so important, how to measure performance and handle performance issues, what informal or formal approaches you can use to diagnose problems and how to conduct performance appraisals.

Module 3 – Defining performance measures including activity identifying measures
Module 4 – Handling performance issues
Module 5 – Informal and formal approaches to handling underperformance
Module 6 – Performance appraisal
By attending this course, delegates will:
- Be able to conduct informal performance/conduct meetings in the workplace
- Know how to investigate root cause and differentiate between skill and issues
- Recognise the importance of managing performance for sustained performance/conduct improvement.
