Successfully Managing Change : Homeworking - Virtual classroom
This interactive workshop gives HR managers, team leaders and managers the ability to successfully manage and support employees’ either moving to homeworking or already undertaking their work from home through:
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation and the employers’ legal obligations in the context of homeworking and the right to request flexible working
- Understanding the benefits and challenges faced when managing a remote team
- Developing the skills to be a competent and effective in managing remote teams
- Understand the impact on employee mental health and wellbeing

- The benefits to the business of homeworking
- Addressing the challenges of homeworking
- Effectively managing homeworkers remotely
- Homeworking impacts on employee mental health and wellbeing
- Key areas to include in a homeworking policy
- An overview of handling a flexible working request
