Established ten years ago, by a group of individuals passionate about making a difference in the logistics real estate sector, Tritax Big Box has grown to become the UK’s largest listed investor in high-quality logistics warehouse assets with £5b+AUM, and the owner of its largest logistics-focused land-development platform. As a real estate investment trust, we distribute the majority of our rental income to investors, who are looking to access the potential of UK logistics real estate as an asset class.

Tritax Big Box sources new and existing sites to develop, and actively manages millions of square feet of high-quality, sustainable logistics space. Our buildings range in size from ‘mega-boxes’ to smaller urban ‘last-mile’ buildings – enabling us to serve clients across all sectors, along every step of the supply chain. These are in prime UK locations in major distribution hubs, close to key transport infrastructure, labour and power.
