A joint report by Make UK and Semta which examines the fall in students studying Design & Technology over the last decade and the reasons why. It then makes recommendations for reforming how it is taught, how to help schools and colleges invest in capital equipment and how to increase the number of teachers. The heart of the reports is a call to scrap the English Baccalaureate which is too traditionally academically focused.
