This six-day programme is designed to equip line managers with the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviours to be effective in their roles and make a full contribution to implementing their organisation's business plans. The course is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and focuses on leadership and team skills, problem solving and motivation. The training is practical, participative, fun and linked back to the workplace to enable delegates to put their learning into practice.

This one-day course is aimed at electricians and engineers who are required to work in or near explosive atmospheres. It will inform them about compliance with the mandatory European directives that set the standards for equipment used in explosive atmospheres (ATEX).

This innovative training programme provides a unique opportunity for HR professionals and managers to increase the depth of their expertise in all key areas of HR and to share knowledge and network with other delegates. Each session is coordinated and managed by a highly experienced HR adviser with current best practice knowledge gained from delivering practical HR consultancy to a range of clients. The adviser will act as a mentor to delegates over a 12 month period and monitor progress. The programme is conducted over 6 full days over 6 months or 12 half-days over a 12 month period. It is delivered through small discussion groups and workshops, ensuring closer tuition to promote personalised, applied learning.
