This one-day course provides delegates with an understanding of key areas of employment law. It will be beneficial to newly appointed supervisors or managers, anyone new to the responsibilities of HR or those looking to take a basic refresher course.

This four-day introductory CNC training course is designed to give delegates the skills and knowledge they need to part-programme, set and operate CNC machines.

Within industry the use of electronic devices and systems is so widespread that a basic understanding of electronic devices and associated systems is essential for anyone involved with the maintenance and design of any monitoring system or electrical or mechanical control system. This 2 day course will give delegates a good basic understanding of digital and analogue components and systems as well as some basic electronic circuit construction skills.

This course is aimed at delegates who are looking at developing their specialised skills and knowledge in order to produce welding joints using Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) Welding. The course satisfies the requirements of City and Guilds Level 1.

This course is designed to enable candidates to demonstrate welding skills typically found in industry and associated underpinning knowledge to a level that will enable them to complete welded joints in simple welding positions.

This one-day course equips managers and supervisors to influence and affect sustained performance improvement. It will provide guidance on how to diagnose problems, make timely interventions and provide a supportive environment to underpin good performance.
