Our Pay Bulletin is back!
These are the highlights:
- The three-months to January saw an annual 2.5% in pay settlements, the same level as CPI in 2017.
- Pay deferrals were down to 7.8% of pay settlements but up compared to a year ago.
- Around 25% of the companies usually settling in January have their decision still under review.
- For those who settled, three quarters decided for a rise between 2% and 3%.
