The 2019 Workforce Pay Benchmark survey period has now closed and the 2019-20 results will be published in September 2019. The next Workforce Pay Benchmark survey period will start in March 2020.
This report is specific to the manufacturing industry and to ensure that this is the case we limit participation based on companies’ 2007 SIC Codes.
We rely on member responses to ensure that our pay benchmark reports continue to represent all the sectors, regions and sizes of manufacturing organisations. Therefore we are now only offering free copies of our pay reports to those full members of Make UK who participate. This initiative is aimed at increasing response rates, and has the advantage of rewarding members who take part.
Those full members who submit data for their manual, clerical and technical staff will receive a free copy of the Workforce Pay Benchmark report when it’s produced in September 2019.
