Dignity at work (Harassment, Bullying and Banter) - E-Learning
This e-learning course offers practical guidance on the types of behaviour that constitute harassment, bullying and banter, how to identify them, and the associated risks and legal liabilities. The training is designed to support a company’s own bullying and harassment or dignity at work policies. It is especially beneficial to new team leaders or line managers.

- Definitions and examples of harassment, bullying and banter
- Consequences of such behaviour and liability
- What is meant by unconscious bias, its impact on dignity at work and how to prevent it
- Risks and liabilities of failure to observe dignity at work
