Employee Rep Training - Refresher and New Reps

This CPD accredited course is aimed at newly appointed employee representatives, although it is also suitable for more experienced reps. Enable your reps to consult their colleagues effectively and efficiently, and to discuss differing perspectives with your managers, without unhelpfully heated arguments.
