Managing the TUPE Process
This CPD accredited course is aimed at HR, Front Line Managers, Supervisors, Management level, anyone who may be involved in the TUPE process within an organisation.
This half day session will guide delegates through the often complex field of ‘TUPE’, and will include activity and information-based learning as part of the course.
Delegates can expect to learn about the following subjects:
- The different types of TUPE
- When does TUPE apply and what rights do employees have under TUPE
- What is due diligence
- How to consult
- Post transfer
By completing this course, delegates will be able to:
Understand the different types of TUPE transfer and know how to manage change successfully through a TUPE transfer process. All delegates will receive as part of this training a useful information pack which includes checklists, letters, tables and information about transfers and how to manage them along with a traffic light tool to identify the different types of change / transfer.
