The course takes just four hours and will help you to keep your knowledge, awareness, and skills in mental health support current.

Pre-requisites
The MHFA Refresher course is designed for those who already hold a Mental Health First Aider certificate.
MHFA England recommends to refresh your knowledge every 3 years.

Course content
This course refreshes knowledge so that delegates know how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis.

There is no examination for this course.
