We Design our own tools, have full simulation formability software, machine inhouse & have the following facilities: Stamping up to 600tonnes – manual, hydraulic & progression presses. Both flat bed & 5-axis laser cutting – machines. Pressbrake folding, manual & robotic machines. Robotic welding cells. In house machining - 10 Hurco VMC’s & CNC turning. We also employ a variety of joining methods for assembled products. All quality checked using the latest 3D laser scanning with Polyworks software via hexagon scanning arms, giving the customer full 3D scanned inspection reports.
