Toyota Lean Management Centre is based at our two production facilities in the UK. A team of Toyota employees with over 250 years of experience offer our services to any non-competitive organisation who has a desire to improve. We offer both onsite training at either of our production facilities, or we can visit your business, wherever you are in the world and work on our development programmes. Our focus is on both the Toyota Production System (based on business efficiency improvements) and our “Toyota Way” culture and people development.

Our onsite programmes can be tailored to your companies or your personal needs. From our 2-day Executive programme, to our 5-day Lean “Deep dive” programme, we can cater for any business or any person.

We can even visit you to complete a full “Diagnostics” or a more prolonged business development programme which will truly engage and most importantly DEVELOP your people.
