Olivia Harrison-Hine has progressed from apprentice to trusted contributor at Festo Ltd, demonstrating a strong work ethic, initiative and a growing confidence throughout her apprenticeship. 

As a final-year Engineering Apprentice, she has taken on meaningful engineering and customer-facing responsibilities and has quickly established herself as someone the business can rely on.

Leading from the Front

One of Olivia’s standout achievements was her leadership of the HQ start-up project. Working independently, she drove the project forward using her own determination and problem-solving skills, taking ownership and responsibility from concept through to delivery. She presented her work to senior leadership and delivered a successful outcome, underlining her ability to see complex projects through to completion.

Throughout her apprenticeship, Olivia has developed into a confident, competent professional. As her manager highlights, “Olivia clearly communicates her ideas, takes ownership of her development and demonstrates a maturity well beyond her years.” 

Her progress reflects both her technical capability and her readiness to contribute at a higher level within the organisation.
