The 2019 Directors' and Professionals' Pay Benchmarking survey period has now closed.
The 2019-20 results for the Professionals' Pay Benchmark will be published in November 2019 and the results for the Directors' Pay Benchmark will be published in December 2019.
This survey is specific to the manufacturing industry and to ensure that this is the case we limit participation based on companies’ 2007 SIC codes.
We rely on member responses to ensure that our pay benchmark reports continue to represent all the sectors, regions and sizes of manufacturing organisations. Therefore we are now only offering free copies of our pay reports to those full members of Make UK who participate. This initiative is aimed at increasing response rates, and has the advantage of rewarding members who take part.
Full members who submitted data for their professional staff will receive a free copy of the Professionals’ Pay Benchmark report when it’s produced in November 2019, and full members that submitted directors’ data will be entitled to a free Directors’ Pay Benchmark when it is published in December 2019.
