Make Venues has continued what is becoming a remarkable year for the brand’s customer service reputation, by picking up Gold again for quarter one’s BVA BDRC Venue Verdict Awards.
The award comes just a few months after Make Venues celebrated its double success in the BVA BDRC VenueVerdict Awards 2018, where it picked up Best Small & Medium Sized Group and Best Value for Money Group for a sixth consecutive year.
This latest brand award is for subsequent performance in the first quarter of 2019 and underlines the businesses continual focus on great customer service, and no slackening of standards following a number of other high-profile awards. It also follows recognition from IACC on the quality of its sustainability practices, again showing the continually high level of standards being implemented across the group.
VenueVerdict is the only accreditation programme determined entirely by the voice of the customer and based on the meeting experience. It provides an independent measurement and improvement tool for venues to understand the end-to-end journey of event planners, identify service gaps and benchmark against the competition.
