Using Psychometric assessments for self-development
Course introduction
This half day course is aimed at individuals who have completed a 15FQ+ personality profiling assessment through Make UK or as part of a Make UK Leadership Programme. Individuals will gain knowledge of psychometric assessments and how they can be used for self development within the workplace, with specific reference to the 15FQ+ assessment that they will have completed prior to the course

By attending this course, delegates will be able to:
Understand how psychometric assessments are used within the workplace for recruitment and personal development. Gain knowledge on the content of their own 15FQ+ personality profiling assessment and be able to ask questions regarding the assessment within a group environment. Use the Johari window tool and the content of their assessment to increase self awareness, promote self confidence and improve personal career development.
About 15FQ+
The 15FQ+ assessment measures the fundamental building blocks of personality which provide insight into how people typically think, feel and interact in ways that may be productive or counterproductive for your organisation. It also provides insight into an individual’s preferred team roles, leadership, subordinate and influencing styles (i.e. Derived Dimensions.)

The Pre-requisites
a 15FQ+ personality profiling assessment must be completed prior to attendance on this course.
