Course content
This online Misogyny Awareness course provides you with the knowledge you need to identify and tackle misogynistic behaviour that might be experienced in the workplace.
Sexism and misogyny have damaging effects on women. It’s not just the mental burden of experiencing derogatory comments in-the-moment, but also the long-term impact it can have on their wellbeing, behaviours and life choices.
Misogyny simply shouldn’t have a place in the workplace. We need to identify and tackle these behaviours so that we can mitigate or prevent the harm that can be caused.
Duration
The misogyny in the workplace course should take 20-25 minutes to complete, but this depends on how quickly each individual absorbs the study material.
