Optimising Performance through Probation, Appraisals and 121s
In this half day course aimed at front line managers and supervisors, this course will give delegates the necessary skills to optimise performance of their teams. The course explores performance management, to develop understanding of how to measure performance, so that they know what day to day performance looks like. During the session delegates will look at how to address performance gaps, putting in place meaningful objective to support improvement and constructive feedback.
As an add on delegates will also understand the importance of the probationary period and 1-2-1s will allow delegates to ensure that their teams are motivated and engaged to operate to achieve their highest potential
