Mock Employment Tribunal

In this one day session aimed at HR professionals and Managers who are required to attend an employment tribunal, delegates will learn with a legal expert, an overview of the Employment Tribunal process including demystifying the language used by lawyers and tribunal staff. At a practical level, delegates will understand the role they will play in the tribunal and the difference they can make. 

This session will guide managers who are attending an employment tribunal to recognise and avoid the pitfalls that come into play during a tribunal.
