Mock Employment Tribunal
In this full day session aimed at HR professionals and managers who are required to attend an employment tribunal, delegates will learn with a legal expert, an overview of the Employment Tribunal process including demystifying the language used by lawyers and tribunal staff. From a practical level delegates will understand the role they will play in the tribunal through a cross examination role play and will understand the difference they can make.
This practical session will guide managers who are attending a tribunal to recognise and avoid the pitfalls that come into play during an employment tribunal including keeping records and documentation during process.
