Reporting a Safeguarding Concern
Safeguarding concerns can be raised at any time.
Learners, apprentices, employers and staff can report concerns through:
• Direct contact with the DSL team
• Speaking to any member of staff
• Submitting a concern via My Voice (QR code)
All concerns are treated seriously, handled sensitively and managed in line with statutory guidance.
If a learner is in immediate danger, they should contact emergency services on 999.
We encourage a culture where learners feel safe to speak up and know they will be listened to.
