Managing Generations
In this full day course on managing different generations, delegates will learn useful information and challenge their own ways of thinking. Following the removal of a standard retirement age, longer life expectancy, improved physical health and flexible working options, there are more generations working alongside each other than ever before, add to this the vast difference between these generations make managing them all effectively an ongoing challenge.
We will look at the benefits of delving beyond the generational stereotypes whilst understanding where there are differences and how to accommodate them.
