The new right of Union access and beyond for non-unionised employers

For employers without a recognised union, early preparation matters. This half-day course helps HR teams and managers understand the legal and practical issues that can arise if union activity develops, while strengthening employee voice, manager confidence and response consistency.

Designed for HR, line managers and business leaders, the course focuses on practical decision-making, legal awareness and real workplace scenarios.

Delegates will explore key concepts, roles and responsibilities, practical examples, and scenario-based discussions to help them respond appropriately if union contact, organising activity or wider employee relations issues emerge.
