Tech Voucher Scheme
The scheme is run in conjunction with Currys where employees can access a wide range of tech (excluding mobile phones) and electricals. An employee applies to join the scheme and once you’ve approved their application, an e-gift card is emailed to them for them to use to purchase goods at any Currys store or online.
The scheme provides your employees with an affordable way to pay for what they need. By paying for it directly from their pay, they spread the cost. And there are no expensive credit costs or credit checks for them to worry about either.
Cycle2Work Scheme
This is a Government backed scheme that lets employees get a new bike for travelling to work, and because they pay for it through a salary sacrifice arrangement, employees can make significant savings in income tax and National Insurance.
The Employer will save money too through reduced employers’ National Insurance contributions.
