In our case law update, we will consider recent court decisions exploring issues, including non-statutory redundancy consultation, conducting pre-termination discussions (protected conversations) and the difficult issue of how employers should manage conflicting rights in the workplace.
We will then share insights on key legislative and policy developments, including:

- progress of the Employment Right Bill
- new right to switch off
