The first half of 2022 has proved considerably challenging for manufacturers. Make UK’s focus has been on sharing the impact of the rising cost of doing business with Government, and to seek policy changes to ease this burden for manufacturers. In the first two quarters of this year we have changed Government policy, directly supporting UK manufacturers.
