Apprentices are the lifeblood of the UK manufacturing sector, and all this week we’ll be celebrating their incredible contribution to our sector.
Manufacturers know first-hand the ingenuity, a can-do attitude and resilience apprentices bring to the sector, that’s why they continue to champion and invest in the next generation of innovators, creators and makers through apprenticeships. And for apprentices in manufacturing, they are rewarded with above average pay, high-quality training and a successful career in an vibrant, innovative sector.

Training over 200 Apprentices a year we are committing significant investment to young people as we firmly believe they are the future of advanced manufacturing as we build a more sustainable greener sector.
