HRL National Adviceline
Over the Christmas and New Year period the HRL National Adviceline service (telephone 0333 202 2221) will operate between the hours of 9am and 3pm on Thursday 24 December and 10am to 3pm on Tuesday 29, Wednesday 30 & Thursday 31 December 2020.
No service will operate on Friday 25 December 2020, Monday 28 December 2020 or Friday 1 January 2021.
Normal hours for the HRL National Adviceline service of 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Thursday) and 8.30am – 5pm (Friday) will be in effect up to and including Wednesday 23 December next and will resume on Monday 4 January 2021.
Brexit Support Line
In addition to our existing member support, we will be providing an urgent Brexit support line from 29 December 2020 to 3 January 2021.
