Make Venues has welcomed this month’s re-opening of the meetings industry, by unveiling its new website - marking a new chapter for the business.

With venues allowed to hold socially distanced meetings of up to 30 people, all three Make Venues properties are prepared and confident in the new processes in place to keep guests safe without compromising on the brand’s quality.

Some of our venues have already been given special permission to open for the meeting and training needs of essential workers. This has allowed the business to upskill our operational procedures, making sure social distancing measures, food, and service delivery, all work seamlessly. Most importantly we are now able to promise organisers, and their delegates, the very highest standards in hygiene and cleanliness.

To accompany the long-awaited green light for the small events sector, Make Venues has unveiled its new interactive website and online home. The new site marks the latest in a raft of initiatives aimed at preparing the business for a new chapter in its history, allowing it to emerge from lockdown, updated, contemporary and ready for a new type of event.

The site’s new URL is www.makevenues.co.uk

No one wanted the shut down, but from the very beginning we wanted to make the time count, and I have to say it’s been one of the most productive times for our business. We’ve had the chance to review the way we operate and come back with procedures and systems that keep our customers and their delegates safe, but that still maintain our proud reputation for quality.

We’ve reviewed our food and food service operations, and been able to focus on brilliant, locally sourced food, but served in a way that is both hygienic for the guest, and that doesn’t impact on the quality of the experience.

On top of that, we’ve even created a new website, with a new address, that gives our customers all the information they need about what we’re doing.

The new online platform, www.makevenues.co.uk focuses on providing clients with the information they need, in a format they can use. Alongside detailed venue specifications, visitors can also access the venues’ policies regarding the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic
