11.11.2020

It’s now just 50 days till the transition period is over and the UK leaves the Single Market and Customs Union on 31st December.

This will result in a significant change in not only how manufacturers trade and interact with the EU, but also between Great Britain and Northern Ireland. In addition, there will be new market requirements for goods placed on the UK market.

Whether it’s a deal or no deal, there will still be additional customs processes for businesses to complete so they can trade with the EU.  It’s vital that those in the UK manufacturing sector act now in order to be ready.. Have you sorted out who will fill in your customs declarations and found a customs agent to do this for you? If you don’t’ have the necessary skills in-house to do this, it is important to find an agent now.

You can visit our Leaving the EU Hub for all the latest information or call our helpline on 0808 168 5874

Our team of experts is there to guide you through the complicated processes in trade and your EU workforce and we have designed a range of services and products to help.
