Finding Skills Now, Funding Skills of the Future
Make UK are pleased to announce a new relationship with The Smallpeice Trust, an educational charity, providing young people with everything they need to fuel their passion for engineering.
The relationship will add an extra dimension to the recruitment support that Make UK offer members, through a partnership with The STR Group (STR), one of the UK’s leading engineering and manufacturing recruiters.
The STR Group already support Make UK members with access to a full spectrum of high-quality recruitment services. Now, with The Smallpeice Trust on-board, members will be supported to address current skills challenges, whilst also playing a part to support the skills of the future; for the first permanent placement made with each Make UK member, a charitable donation will be made to The Smallpiece Trust.
All Make UK members benefit from exclusive access to the STR Group’s priority service, and preferred commercial rates.
