A complete training and certification service to enable those with a basic understanding of the Oxy/Fuel Gas Welding process to inspect portable Oxy/Fuel cutting and welding gas equipment in accordance with the Provision & Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 and the British Compressed Gases Association Code of Practice 7 (BCGA CP7).

This one-day practical course is designed to give new and existing crane drivers, slingers and other concerned parties, confidence in the safe operation of cranes and tackle. This training programme meets the requirements under Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) and Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER). By completing this course, delegates will meet the legal requirements under the Health & Safety At Work Act 1974.

This one-day modular course will assist duty holders in meeting the Electricity at Work Regulations to ensure safety. It is particularly relevant to engineers, including those involved in design, construction, operation or maintenance of electrical systems; technicians and their managers; electricians and electrical installers, and managers and supervisors with responsibilities for electrical equipment. It is expected that delegates will have basic UK health and safety awareness and also some knowledge of the danger from electricity.

All businesses need to have an effective policy and procedure in place to deal with issues of Discrimination and in particular harassment and bullying. This half day course explains the basics of the Law in this area and focuses on avoiding bullying, harassment and inappropriate behaviour. It is suitable for all those with responsibility for policy/procedure development and handling complaints from employees.

This half-day course will enable delegates to identify what constitutes discrimination or harassment on the grounds of race, sex, sexual orientation, age, religion or belief, gender reassignment, pregnancy and maternity, marriage and civil partnership and disability.

This workshop will provide delegates with a knowledge and understanding of how their mind works, which enables them to have more control over their emotional state and the levels of stress they experience both at home and at work.

This course covers all aspects of setting and operating a bandsaw, with reference to current health & safety requirements. This course takes place in the classroom and in the workshop.

This course will cover how to use power tools in accordance with the statutory requirements laid down by the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998.
