It defines mental health, looks at the symptoms, the impact of it, legislation and how to devise an action plan to promote mental wellbeing in the workplace. It’s suitable for managers, supervisors, HR professionals and anyone who wants to better support and understand their employees’ mental health.

This course has been designed to meet the practical skills approved by the British Standards Institute and is ideal for anyone who has already achieved the relevant practical skills or appropriate experience to undertake MMA welding tasks competently and safely to the BS 4872 standard.
