This two-day course will provide delegates with the management skills and confidence they need to act as an effective workplace coach or mentor for apprentices.

The aim of this CQI and IRCA Certified Training course is to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills required to perform first, second and third-party audits of occupational health and safety management systems against ISO 45001, in accordance with the auditing standards ISO 19011 and ISO 17021.

This one-day abrasive wheels training course is designed for employees and apprentices who change and mount abrasive wheels. Offered through either our state of the art Technology Hub in Aston, Birmingham or on your factory floor, the course will cover all aspects of the safe use of abrasive wheels and meets the training requirements under the PUWER 1998 Regulations.

This innovative training programme provides a unique opportunity for HR professionals and managers to increase the depth of their expertise in all key areas of HR and to share knowledge and network with other delegates. Each session is coordinated and managed by a highly experienced HR adviser with current best practice knowledge gained from delivering practical HR consultancy to a range of clients. The adviser will act as a mentor to delegates over a 12 month period and monitor progress. The programme is conducted over 6 full days over 6 months or 12 half-days over a 12 month period. It is delivered through small discussion groups and workshops, ensuring closer tuition to promote personalised, applied learning.
